Emilio’s Ballato is one of the great Italian restaurants in New York City. They don’t take reservations so you usually have to work some magic to get in the door. And that’s what adds to its mystique.
Via Carota – quite possibly the best Italian food in all of New York City (highly debatable though). Situated right on Grove street across from Bar Pisellino, this place is a true West Village gem. And usually impossible to get a table any night of the week.
